AP s Sustainable Waste Management Project Sets New Standard

AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited, a leading real estate developer in Thailand under the motto "EMPOWER LIVING" is committed to environmental sustainability. The company is actively promoting its "Separate, Dispose, and Recycle" project through a comprehensive waste sorting management system, with the participation of its residents. One of the townhouse projects involved in this campaign, Pleno Town Ladkrabang – Chalong Krung, has been recognized by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and the Ladkrabang District Office as a model project for effective waste sorting management from the source. Recently, Mr. Jakkaphan Phiu-ngam, Deputy Governor of Bangkok, Mr. Tharapong Phetkhong, Director of Ladkrabang District, and Mr. Bunyuen Khun Charoen, Assistant Director of Ladkrabang District, along with their team, visited the waste sorting system at Pleno Town Ladkrabang – Chalong Krung. They were welcomed by Mr. Noraphat Netrasawang, Senior Director of Townhome and Semi-detached House Business Group.

The "Separate, Dispose, and Recycle" campaign is an initiative to manage waste sorting for sustainable living. It is one of the company s social and environmental campaigns that aligns with its sustainability goals. The campaign encourages residents to participate in waste separation before it is sent for proper recycling, reducing the amount of waste that goes to landfills, which is one of the causes of global warming. The amount of waste separated will affect the new waste and sewage management fee rates. In addition, the revenue from selling recyclable waste will be used to reduce the residents common area expenses. This is in line with AP s principle of designing living spaces that promote a good environment both inside the house, around the house, and in the project area efficiently, so that all residents and surrounding communities can have a good life that they can choose sustainably.
