As a part of “Empower Living” promise, AP Thailand Public Company Limited, a leader in the Thai real estate development industry, partners with TOA Paint (Thailand) Public Company Limited, the number one full-service provider of building paint and construction materials, to offer customers with a good quality of life by choosing environmentally friendly and health-safe paint innovations.

Through this collaboration, AP and TOA can cut greenhouse gas emissions by up to 1,012.88 tons of CO2 equivalent—which amounts to planting more than 588,880 trees—as they work together towards the goal of Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.

For this occasion, on behalf of AP, Boonchai Jankrachanglert, Deputy Director of Supply Chain, AP Thailand Public Company Limited recently accepted GREEN MISSION Certificate for The Most GHG Reduction Organization from Jatuphat Tangkaravakun, Chief Executive Officer, TOA Paint (Thailand) Public Company Limited.

AP Thailand is dedicated to implementing the Green Construction concept in all aspects of construction. This includes the use of premium paint from TOA’s innovative SuperShield, which can help reflect up to 97.5% of sunlight with the cooling color technology, allowing customers’ homes to better withstand the weather. SuperShield can also help lower indoor temperatures by up to 5.5°C by releasing up to 90% of absorbed heat, resulting in less air condition usage which contributes to global warming.

This collaboration marks another significant milestone for AP in sustainable organizational development according to the ESG concept, ensuring that all AP residents can sustainably have an empowered living.
