Aiming to bring the potential of the new generation to the next level, and also to allow the youngsters to join in an effort creating residential projects that factor in sustainability in all dimensions. AP Thailand #APThaiNo1PropertyDeveloper provided a unique opportunity for four university students who won AP OPEN HOUSE 2024 to enjoy a special experience as they take on a trip to observe the business of renovating housing and office building projects in downtown Tokyo and Yokohama under the management of Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd., known to be a world-class property developer and expert in property renovation with more than two decades of experience (started large-scale renovation business of office building in 2001 and condominium renovation business in 2014).

The highlighted know-how shared under the concept of RENOVATING HOME: EMPOWERING LIFE which is quite an eye opener from Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. – AP’s business partner, ranges from planning to construction. The students joined in a learning process involving techniques for transforming old properties into new ones that meet evolving lifestyle needs. They also learned about the technology and innovation behind safe housing, user-friendly design that caters to all groups of people ranging from the elderly to children and universal design, disaster-resistant construction and sustainable home renovation, to name just a few.
